Job Overview:

The Account Manager is responsible for the sales activity for Designated Customer Accounts/Groups for both WIN, Cybersecurity and/or NI business operations to Nera customers in the territory at all times assigned to Nera. Will be responsible for the profit and loss in the various contracts prepared by him/her in association with his/her reporting Manager, and the quality of the offer to the client.

Experience:

Worked with OEM/Distributor/Systems Integrator for minimum 5 years in Account management role and have worked on sales quota towards MNO/SP Business segment.

Job experience with MNO/Service Provider is additional credential

Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications:

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in Business Management or any other related field required.

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

As an Account Manager your key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Provide individual feedback to Reporting Manager/Sales Director for respective assigned customer accounts for the annual Sales Budget in cooperation with Sales Director and Country Head
  • Review budget and report any deviations on monthly basis for respective assigned accounts
  • Prepare Forecasts as requested by Nera both with regards to production planning and financial forecasts for respective assigned accounts
  • Evaluate any request for quotation from potential clients
  • Be overall responsible for the timely, profitable, qualitatively preparation of bids in response to the request from the client for respective assigned accounts
  • Present a profitability analysis/Cash Flow/IRR/Project Costing for offers to client in a timely fashion to allow for management review and decision to go or no go for a particular project for respective assigned accounts
  • Be responsible for customer relations, technology awareness, Roadshows for respective accounts
  • Be responsible for customer relations, technology awareness, Roadshows, Market analysis, Business echo system, competition analysis and build sales funnel and provide regular feedback to Country Manager and Business Heads and HQ Business and Technology teams

Be responsible for the preparation and participation of Project Hand-over to operations as per process manual, including but limited to:

  • Bill of Materials
  • Technical Specifications of the Project/Deliverables
  • PJC-Profit calculations
  • Assist Operations/Projects in Customer meetings at the request of the Project Manager.
  • Develop relationship with OEM’s and their distributors for product information, Pre-Bid Business development, Deal registration, offer and discount and OEM/Distributor purchase agreement terms and conditions as per corporate policies and compliance.
  • Any other sales related duties as may be assigned
