Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Performing proactive recruitment to inform the candidates of the interview progress.
- Screening resumes and participating in the hiring process.
- Managing job applicants' queries via chat, phone, emails & social media.
- Supporting all other HR activities of NeoDocto Incorporated.
- Studying 16 modules in digital marketing (the interns will receive the stipend during their study and training as well).
- Working 7 hours per day and studying for 1 hour (the course material will be provided by NeoDocto Incorporated; it is free for the intern).
