The Principal will play a core role in shaping the academic vision, implementing policies, and maintaining high educational standards.

The Job Description will undergo periodic reviews, with revisions scheduled every six months to enhance transparency and accountability in procedures.

 Job Responsibilities:

•          Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the school's academic excellence.

•          Lead curriculum development and instructional strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.

•          Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development among faculty.

•          Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staff assignments, and student activities.

•          Implement and enforce school policies to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.

•          Oversee budgetary matters and resource allocation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

•          Establish and implement pre-approval Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for budgets, maintaining accurate records with the finance department to ensure seamless bookkeeping and facilitate proper handling of audit matters.

•          Supervise all legal affairs and ongoing interactions with government and semi-government entities, ensuring timely resolution to prevent any disruptions.

•          Nurture a positive and inclusive school culture that supports the holistic development of students.

•          Develop and execute strategies to recruit, retain, and foster the professional development of high-quality teaching and administrative staff.

•          Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to faculty and staff.  The Coordinators will facilitate the evaluation process and present performance reports after the completion of the staff's probation period and during the annual appraisal process.

•          Build robust relationships with parents, community leaders, and local organizations.

•          Act as a liaison between the school and the community, fostering positive partnerships.

•          Represent the school at community events, meetings, and educational forums.

•          Implement and consistently fairly enforce disciplinary policies.

•          Address student welfare issues collaboratively with parents and support services when necessary.

•          Promote a positive and respectful school culture that values diversity and inclusivity.

•          Ensure timely engagement of first aid facilities, on-call doctors, counselors, and psychiatrists in case of any emergencies involving students.

•          Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to enhance the school's academic programs.

•          Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and regularly update the curriculum.

•          Oversee and fulfill the requirements of available labs to avoid any inconveniences during class timings.

•          Monitor the performance of all engaged departments and share quarterly reports with management to assist them in decision-making processes.

 Qualifications:

·           Master’s degree in Education or a related field.

·           Principal certification or licensure.

·           Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership roles.

·           Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and educational trends.

·           Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

·           Demonstrated leadership ability and a track record of fostering a positive school culture.

 Required Skills:

·           Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of educators and administrative staff.

·           Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with students, staff, parents, and the wider community.

·           Problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles effectively.

·           Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.

·           Flexibility to adapt to changing educational landscapes and embrace innovative approaches to teaching and learning.
