NC Entertainment Pvt Limited is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee its information technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the IT field and a strong background in project management, team leadership, and IT service management. This role involves managing a team of four professionals, ensuring the seamless operation of network systems, and safeguarding the companys digital assets. The IT Manager will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls, while ensuring system availability and reliability. Strong knowledge of networking technologies, Cisco networking, firewall configuration, and network security management is crucial for success in this position. The candidate will also coordinate upgrades and support with vendors, maintain detailed documentation, and resolve network issues efficiently to support business continuity and growth.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure robust infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance consistently to guarantee system availability, reliability, and optimize resource utilization.
- Manage and configure firewalls, VPNs, and other critical security tools to protect the network from unauthorized access and threats.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and outages promptly to minimize downtime and operational impact.
- Administer network services such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN to support internal and external connectivity requirements.
- Lead and supervise a team of four IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network upgrades, maintenance, and technical support to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and policies for audit and operational reference.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and corporate policies related to IT infrastructure and data protection.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, disaster recovery plans, and network security measures aligned with company objectives.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to strengthen network performance and security.
- Manage IT-related projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Monitor technology trends and regulatory requirements to advise senior management on necessary adjustments to IT systems.
