Graphic Designer

NC Entertainment Pvt Limited is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with 2 to 4 years of professional experience to join our Lahore-based team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field and is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. This role requires a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design, along with the ability to produce engaging designs for both digital and print media. A background in video editing software such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is advantageous, enabling the candidate to contribute to multimedia projects. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing social media creatives, marketing campaigns, promotional materials, branding, and digital assets that drive brand recognition and consistency. You must have a creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines. This position does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration with various departments to ensure high-quality outcomes that adhere to the companys brand standards.
Responsibilities

Develop creative and visually appealing designs for social media campaigns, marketing materials, and promotional content.
Create and maintain brand identity through consistent design elements across print and digital platforms.
Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging to support marketing initiatives.
Produce digital assets including web graphics, banner ads, email templates, and visual content for online use.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project goals and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
Ensure all designs comply with brand style guides and uphold high-quality standards.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools effectively to create impactful visuals, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Assist with video content creation and editing using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software when required.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines without compromising quality.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance design output and creativity.
