Responsibilities

Manage labor and delivery processes, providing support and care during all stages of childbirth.
Administer emergency obstetric care when complications arise to ensure the safety of mother and child.
Monitor and record vital signs accurately for mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postnatal periods.
Educate patients on prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to promote healthy outcomes.
Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient information, treatment plans, and delivery details.
Administer intravenous fluids and medications as prescribed to manage patient hydration and treatment needs.
Observe and respond to any changes in patient condition promptly to prevent complications.
