Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily production line operations to ensure targets and quality standards are met consistently.
Lead and motivate a team of 20 production staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor workflow, manage shop-floor resources efficiently, and implement strategies to reduce downtime.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule routine and urgent repairs, minimizing production interruptions.
Work with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve production quality issues swiftly.
Maintain accurate records of production output, incidents, and equipment status for reporting purposes.
