We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our construction company as an AutoCAD Design Software Trainee. As a trainee, you'll learn and master AutoCAD skills, working closely with our experienced design team. Upon successful completion of the training program, top performers will be offered a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

Learn and understand AutoCAD software fundamentals
Assist in creating 2D and 3D designs, models, and drawings
Develop skills in drafting, dimensioning, and annotation
Understand and apply company design standards and protocols
Collaborate with design team members to complete tasks
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities

Requirements:

Student or recent graduate in a relevant field (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, etc.)
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or willingness to learn
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt to new software and technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
