Operating and maintaining the Production/Inventory Module of ERP:
- Daily Posting, updating, recording, and keeping all the financial and accounting record in ERP and hard form.
Managing basic office administrative tasks including:
- Filing, reporting, and sharing documents/report with head office.
- Recording and processing all financial and accounting practices, including profit and loss reports, inventories, and daily bookkeeping.
Working closely with the accounting, production, or finance department to:
- Manage records.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile finished goods and raw material inventories.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Examining expenses submitted by employees.
- Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable.
- Any other task in the functional domain as assigned by the Plant Manager.
