• Responsible to take care of all monitoring evaluation and reporting aspects of the project
  • To ensure that the M&E plan of the project is implemented properly.
  • Regular compilation of field monitoring information and generation of Programme monitoring reports at project level for further reporting to the Project Coordinator.
  • Provide technical support to the field teams in beneficiary assessments.
  • Quality control
  • Monitoring visits/ field visits
  • Designing of the baseline/ situational analysis exercise including tools and survey design, assessments, and evaluations
  • Writing case studies
  • Supervise the survey rollout
  • Coordination with stakeholders during the execution of the survey
  • Data management
  • Supporting the project for the development of database
  • Plan and rollout periodic evaluations and end of project survey, and preparing project completion reports
