• Conduct regular field visits to project locations where project activities are being implemented on the ground and prepare field monitoring reports to provide feedback on project implementation processes.
  • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and provide input and feedback on M&E-related observations, reporting, and tasks.
  • Coordinate with project teams at the field level to ensure that data collection and analysis from field visits are coordinated and standardized.
  • Draft and finalize the donor reports with inputs from the regional and core program and M&E department as per GOAL requirements.
  • Develop a quarterly plan to conduct internal assessment of results from the implementation of project intervention in target districts.
  • Follow-up with the district field office on a regular basis to ensure timely achievement of targets in line with the monthly work plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate all project activities and progress towards achieving project outputs in coordination with the field team, against set project indicators.
  • Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist the Project Manager in preparing relevant reports by assimilating the relevant information.
