1.      Curriculum and Learning Framework Development:

  • Participate in the design, development, and customization of age-appropriate curricula for Early Childhood Education (ECE), remedial learning programs, and fast-track learning centers along with technical partners.
  • Incorporate child-centered and inclusive teaching methodologies to ensure diverse learning needs are met, especially for marginalized children (girls, minorities, and children with disabilities).
  • Regularly update curriculum materials based on project assessments, student performance, and evolving needs in the field.

2.      Capacity Building of Teachers:

  • Develop and deliver capacity-building workshops for teachers, covering pedagogical techniques, classroom management, and subject-specific teaching strategies.
  • Facilitate ongoing mentoring and coaching for teachers to address challenges and promote professional development.
  • Create structured mechanisms for peer-to-peer learning among teachers, encouraging the exchange of best practices.

3.      Program Innovation and Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor classroom practices to ensure adherence to quality standards and recommend adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
  • Establish/support leadership programs for girls to build confidence, life skills, and resilience.

4.      Data-Driven Program Development:

  • Analyze data from student assessments, teacher evaluations, and community feedback to enhance educational interventions.
  • Use evidence-based approaches to address barriers to learning and improve the scalability of successful practices.

5.      Reporting and Knowledge Management:

  • Prepare comprehensive progress reports, including case studies, lessons learned, and success stories, for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document and share replicable practices with technical partners and donor organizations for broader dissemination.
