• To be responsible for the implementation of all project activities in his/her district as per project scope of work
  • Develop a detailed implementation plan for prototypes based on guidance received from the project donor
  • Ensure proper coordination with local health authorities, community leaders, and other stakeholders to implement prototypes and regular community engagement interventions.
  • Establish partnerships with required implementation partners such as mobile health units, community health workers, and local health departments
  • Ensure proper engagement of caregivers, community influencers, and service focal points through community engagement structures to connect for identification, referrals, and implementation of solutions at the community level
  • Ensure engagement of adolescent girls and boys in community engagement activities as a long-term investment, offering the next generation a better understanding of healthy behavior, the importance of vaccination, and convincing their families and other community members to vaccinate their children
  • Ensure implementation of gender and beneficiaries Safeguarding awareness plan as developed by donor
  • To ensure submission of properly validated data obtained from the field and strictly follow the agreed reporting timelines.
  • To participate in planning and coordination meetings at the District level.
  • To ensure awareness about the importance of routine immunization at the community level
  • To supervise and guide Social Organizers and guide them according to the field-level issues/activities.
  • To coordinate with district health authorities & other stakeholders, and participate in the meetings to update the district stakeholders.
  • Prepared daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports of projects and share with donors and related partners
  • To perform any other duties/assignments that may be assigned by the organization as and when required for the effective implementation of the project.
