The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Educational /Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college /institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
- Candidates having a Masters degree and / or any other relevant professional qualificationwill be preferred
Experience:
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Superior credit risk assessment skills & judgement, including problem recognition, definingand structuring of solutions to complex credit issues and experience in remedialmanagement situations
- Comprehensive knowledge of legal documentation associated with credit / market risk
- Fully conversant in Banks recovery policy and credit policy
- Possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of financial and legalmatters, excellent communication and negotiations skills, and the ability to make criticaldecisions under pressure
- Ability to deal with ambiguity on credit / business issues in reaching decisions, developsolutions
- Ability to act decisively in time sensitive situations
- Ability to clearly and proactively communicate in verbal and written form to both internaland external clients
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: To develop and implement strategic plans for asset recovery, outliningthe goals, targets, and methodologies for maximizing the recovery of distressed ordefaulted assets
- Team Management: To oversee a team of professionals engaged in asset recovery,providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective and efficient performance
- Risk Assessment: To conduct thorough risk assessments of distressed assets, analyzepotential financial, legal, and market risks associated with the recovery process
- Asset Evaluation: To assess the value of distressed assets and formulate strategies tooptimize their recovery potential, which may involve collaborating with appraisers,auditors, and other relevant professionals
- Legal Compliance: To ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements duringthe asset recovery process, including adherence to relevant laws, policies, and procedures
- Negotiation and Settlement: To negotiate with defaulting parties or stakeholders to reachsettlements and agreements that maximize the recovery value of distressed assets
- Stakeholder Management: To interact with internal and external stakeholders, includingclients, legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other relevant parties, to facilitateeffective communication and coordination throughout the asset recovery process
- Documentation and Reporting: To maintain accurate documentation of all asset recoveryactivities, preparing comprehensive reports on the progress and outcomes of assetrecovery initiatives, and present them to senior management and relevant stakeholders
- Risk Mitigation Strategies: To develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential risksassociated with the recovery process, including financial, legal, and reputational risks
- Performance Monitoring: To establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for tracking theprogress of asset recovery initiatives, monitoring the performance of the asset recoveryteam, and making necessary adjustments to ensure the achievement of set goals
- Continuous Improvement: To identify areas for improvement in the asset recovery processand implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overallperformance
- To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Group Head / Chief
