The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Position / Job Title:
Departmental Head Electrical (AVP / VP)

Reporting to:

Wing Head Engineering (North)

Educational /Professional Qualification:

• Minimum B.E. and / or B.Tech. (Electrical / Electronics) from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan

• Candidates having a Masters degree and / or relevant certification(s) would be preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 06 years of experience in the relevant field
• Candidates having work experience in banking and / or financial sector, would be preferred

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:

• Good working knowledge in project estimation, billing, and execution
• Ability to do multitasking with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
• Ability to work and manage time effectively and efficiently
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• To review and submit request for proposals of electrical work and equipment for repairing / maintenance, renovation and construction work / projects
• To lead and guide the electrical department team for all assigned work / projects / targets
• To ensure that the project budgets and timelines are strictly followed
• To monitor procurement / bidding process of electrical work and compliance of the processes with Bank's guidelines and PPRA rules
• To ensure timely delivery / completion of projects as per scope and specification of services, equipment & material pertaining to electrical department
• To monitor and assess operations and maintenance of services for Generators, UPS, DB's, Solar Systems etc. in various offices & branches
• To oversee timely verification of vendors invoices / payments for electrical work
• To coordinate and communicate with the other Engineering departments / teams as well as users for resolution of Electrical related issues at Head Office / Regional Offices / Branches
• To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Employment Type:

The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed ondiscretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensationpackage and other benefits as per Banks Policy / rules.
