As the Creative Lead for Beyond Beauty Natasha, you will be responsible for conceptualizing,
- coordinating & executing content for all social media platforms as well as actively participating in marketing efforts & brand collaborations, resulting in increased brand awareness and growth in followers/subscribers, engagement sales & leads.
Marketing & Brand Creative:
- Strategizing marketing plans to increase brand awareness & client leads
- Conceptualizing, co-ordinating & executing all marketing campaigns for social media in alignment with targets
- Ideating for new social media content (Instagram/IG) focusing primarily on the brand’s tag line: “All Kinds of Beautiful”
- Creating material to be used for marketing or otherwise
- Ideating for creative projects such as upgrading the website
Social Media Coordination:
- Ideating, mood boarding & overall conceptualizing of new content to be posted on Instagram & Youtube in alignment with brand values & goals
- Conceptualising, coordinating and executing Beyond Beauty Natasha School Instagram page; liaising with social media agency to ensure all content is delivered as per schedule
- Coordinating delivery of all material for Youtube; ensuring it has handed over to relevant parties on time
- Managing content schedule for Youtube
- Managing content schedule for BBN School
- Overlooking the social media manager’s responses on various platforms (BBN Instagram, YT)
- Aggregating feedback from various platforms (analyzing data as well as engagement)
Brand Management:
- Replying personally to all brand collaboration inquiries
- Researching & ideating on ideal collaborations for the Beyond Beauty Natasha brand in Pakistan
- Actively reaching out for collaborations
Masterclass Management:
- Taking part in the Masterclasses to understand the product
- Working on material for new Masterclasses: the Business of Beauty & the Pro Masterclasses
- Ideating, coordinating & executing for on ground Masterclass in Karachi & Lahore; liaising with event planners/ management companies
