As Weaving Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the weaving department.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer orders and deadlines. Optimize loom utilization and ensure efficient workflow.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures at every stage of the weaving process. Identify and address quality issues promptly to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Loom Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of all waterjet looms. Ensure looms are running at optimal efficiency and address any mechanical or technical issues.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of weavers and technicians. Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve weaving processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Implement best practices and stay abreast of industry advancements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a waterjet weaving environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of warping, weaving, and fabric quality standards.
Strong understanding of loom mechanics and maintenance procedures.
Proven ability to plan and manage production schedules.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
