• In consultation with the Data entry operator plan and establish HTC services for PWUDs.
  • Perform HIV screening tests of PWUDs.
  • Referral for HIV care and support services for positive PWUDs .
  • Consent to access Spouse services through respective CoPC+ site.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of Pre-& Post post-test counseling sessions as per standard guidelines.
  • Consistent counseling sessions regarding ARVs adherence monitoring, ART Initiation, baseline investigation, knowledge about HIV, link to Hep C treatment and their ARVs refills.
  • Conduct follow-up counseling sessions with the PWUDs.
  • Record keeping of all documents.
  • Maintain all records/information related to PWUDs, their test results by ensuring data management confidentiality protocols.
  • Referral for medical services as and when needed.

Coordination and Communication

Record Management

  • Maintain all records/information/files related to PWUDs HTC
  • Ensure consistency in (PWUDs) hard and soft records of HIV testing & counseling and Service delivery sheet.
  • Maintain individual files of all tested PWUDs for records.
  • Provide data to DEO on a regular basis for timely data entry. 
  • Provide consent at the site for Spouse registration.
  • Smooth implementation of work plan for the achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Coordination for technical support and assistance from program focal person at the PR office.
