SCOPE OF SERVICES
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient data management, supporting C19 RM project operations, and delivering prompt and precise data to medical officers. This is essential for making well-informed decisions and ensuring successful program execution.
Data Management
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate and up-to-date data related to ART-adherent clients and program services.
- Ensure data entry of service delivery for C19-RM project
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database to track program progress, client information, and assist to develop and coordinate Medical Officers’ workplans
- Regularly clean and validate data to identify discrepancies or errors and take appropriate actions to rectify them.
- Monitor project activities and progress, analyzing trends and patterns in data to provide insights for decision-making and preparation of work plans.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate program outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation
- Facilitate coordination between different stakeholders, including medical officers, program staff, and external partners, to ensure smooth implementation of the differentiated ART project.
- Provide timely and accurate data to medical officers to support evidence-based decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist medical officers in interpreting data trends and outcomes to improve program services and outcomes.
- Collaborate with medical officers to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven interventions.
- Conduct regular quality checks on data inputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Implement data validation and verification processes to maintain data quality standards.
- Collaborate with program and MIS team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Monitor and analyze program performance against established KPIs.
- Work closely with program teams, MIS, and other relevant departments to ensure data accuracy and availability.
Coordination
- Regular coordination with different departments of PR team
- Ensure to update about vehicles maintenance, log books update, and medical supplies
- Report challenges/issues related to project implementation
Skill Set:
Ability to write high level technical documents/reports
