We are looking for a skilled Internal Audit Manager to lead and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the audit function.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Planning & Oversight:

Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan covering all departments and branches.
Supervise audits of key financial processes, including:
Accounts Receivable and Payable.
Payroll and Expense Management.
Inventory and Cashflow.

Risk Assessment & Control Management:

Identify risks in financial and operational processes and recommend corrective actions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.

Audit Reporting:

Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations.
Present findings to senior management and collaborate with departments for timely resolution.

Team Leadership:

Lead, trained, and mentored the Internal Audit Team.
Ensure timely execution of audits while maintaining quality standards.

Process Improvement:

Work with department heads to identify areas of improvement in workflows.
Collaborate on implementing recommendations for enhanced efficiency and compliance.
