Finance Manager

Naeem Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead the financial planning, reporting, and operational functions within the company. This role is pivotal to maintaining strong financial controls, overseeing budgeting processes, managing cash flow, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate demonstrates deep expertise in accounting principles, taxation, financial analysis, and internal controls. Although this role does not require managing a team, it plays a critical part in collaborating with auditors, banks, and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making and financial stability. The Finance Manager will take ownership of financial performance monitoring and strategic financial planning to drive effective cost control and forecast accuracy. The candidate should possess excellent analytical capabilities, demonstrate proficiency with ERP financial systems and advanced Excel functions, and have a proven track record in financial modeling and forecasting. This position requires a professional with at least 8 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably with exposure to retail or large-scale organizations, and qualifications such as CA, ACCA, ACMA, or an MBA in Finance.
Responsibilities

Manage and execute comprehensive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
Analyze financial performance and generate insightful reports to inform managements strategic decisions.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, taxation laws, and financial standards across all operations.
Oversee accounting functions, including reconciliations and maintenance of strong internal control systems.
Collaborate with external auditors, banking partners, and other stakeholders to facilitate audit processes and secure financial services.
Develop and maintain financial models that enhance forecasting accuracy and support strategic financial initiatives.
Identify opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvements to optimize financial resource allocation.
Utilize ERP financial systems and advanced Excel features to streamline financial operations and reporting.
Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and update financial forecasts to reflect current and projected business conditions.
