Display Manager

Naeem Electronics (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Display Manager to elevate the visual merchandising and branch presentation standards throughout its retail network. The successful candidate will oversee planning, implementing, and monitoring attractive and consistent displays that reflect the brands identity. This role plays a vital part in creating an engaging shopping environment that draws customers and improves their overall experience by maintaining appealing product placements, clean displays, and precise pricing and promotional materials. In addition to visual merchandising, the Display Manager manages all maintenance operations across company outlets. Responsibilities include supervising electrical, civil, carpentry, painting, signage, lighting, HVAC, and general repairs to ensure all branches remain fully functional and visually appealing. The role requires strong coordination with internal departments and external vendors to oversee maintenance workflows and meet operational and budget requirements. The candidate brings at least five years of relevant experience and excels in maintaining high standards without managing a team directly.
Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and uphold visual merchandising standards across all retail branches to ensure consistent brand representation.
Maintain attractive, clean, and organized product displays, including correct product placement, branding fidelity, pricing accuracy, and up-to-date promotional materials.
Conduct frequent branch visits to audit visual standards and operational maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality benchmarks.
Coordinate showroom layout redesigns, seasonal campaign installations, and product launch displays to align with marketing and branding goals.
Oversee and schedule maintenance work covering electrical systems, civil repairs, carpentry, painting, signage, lighting, HVAC, and general upkeep to ensure all outlets are safe and fully operational.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and external service vendors to plan, track, and complete maintenance projects within required timelines and budgets.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules to minimize outlet downtime and preserve outlet aesthetic integrity.
Monitor vendor performance and service quality to optimize maintenance processes and results.
Generate detailed branch inspection reports highlighting display conditions and maintenance status; propose actionable improvements for better customer experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure every retail outlet maintains a professional, safe, and welcoming environment that reflects Naeem Electronics' brand standards.
