Branch Display Manager

Naeem Electronics, Pakistan's leading electronics retail brand, seeks a dedicated Branch Display Manager to oversee and uphold visual merchandising standards across its retail branches. This role focuses on ensuring all retail locations present products in an appealing, organized, and customer-friendly manner while strictly adhering to the companys branding and display guidelines. The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in retail merchandising and branch display management, adept at optimizing product presentation to enhance customer experience and boost sales performance within a multi-branch retail environment. The Branch Display Manager conducts frequent store visits to inspect and improve display quality, work collaboratively with branch teams to launch promotional campaigns and new products, and maintain overall store aesthetics such as cleanliness and lighting. While this role does not include formal management of a team, the candidate will coordinate closely with multiple departments including marketing, operations, sales, procurement, and regional management to ensure consistency and high standards in merchandising across all branches. The position demands a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to train store staff in merchandising best practices.
Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain consistent visual merchandising and display standards across all retail branches.
Conduct regular visits to each branch to assess display quality, organization, cleanliness, and adherence to branding guidelines.
Ensure proper and attractive placement of televisions, home appliances, mobile phones, accessories, and other electronic products according to company standards.
Coordinate with branch staff to successfully execute seasonal campaigns, promotional displays, and new product rollouts.
Oversee the correct installation and upkeep of promotional materials including standees, posters, shelf talkers, and other branding elements.
Identify and recommend improvements for store layouts to optimize customer flow and shopping experience.
Train branch employees on effective visual merchandising techniques, display standards, and product presentation skills.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department for the rollout of promotional campaigns and branding strategies.
Work in partnership with Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Regional Managers to ensure unified merchandising across all retail locations.
Monitor inventory and stock levels on displays to prevent gaps, coordinating with relevant departments to maintain availability.
Ensure accuracy and visibility of pricing labels, product specifications, and promotional tags on the sales floor.
Prepare and submit comprehensive inspection reports with photographic documentation and recommended improvements after each branch visit.
Follow up on corrective actions with branch teams and ensure timely resolution to maintain merchandising standards.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, lighting, and overall store appearance to create an inviting shopping environment.
Stay informed of modern visual merchandising trends and proactively suggest innovative ideas and enhancements to advance display quality.
