We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead and manage accounts functions within our structured hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Supervision:

Lead the assigned Accounts Department, overseeing and supervising his team.
Ensure the timely preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
Oversee monthly and annual financial closing processes.
Monitor compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Strategic Decision-Making:

Collaborate with Team Leaders and HOD Accounts to align departmental goals with company objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.

Compliance & Audit:

Ensure adherence to internal controls and tax compliance.
Support the Internal Audit Team during audits by providing necessary documentation and data.

ERP Optimization:

Manage and optimize accounts workflows within the SAP-B1 ERP system.
