Dispatcher

Na Vision Truck is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will coordinate and dispatch trucks efficiently, plan routes, and maintain clear communication with drivers, brokers, and customers. You will oversee shipment tracking, schedule pickups and deliveries, and resolve delays or operational challenges to ensure smooth transportation processes. Managing a team of 10 persons, you will also provide leadership and support to improve performance and optimize dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in truck dispatch or logistics, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with dispatch scheduling tools, scheduling software, and basic computer applications is essential. Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch trucks efficiently to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Monitor shipments in real-time and provide timely updates regarding shipment status.
Schedule pickups, deliveries, and manage dispatch schedules using dispatch software.
Resolve delays, operational issues, and unforeseen challenges promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments, routes, and communication.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10 dispatch personnel to achieve operational goals.
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with transportation regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to support customer service and logistics functions.
Continuously evaluate and improve dispatch processes and workflow for better efficiency.
