Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and generate new business leads for dispatch services.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored dispatch solutions.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our dispatch services.
- Close sales deals and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover and integration of new clients
