A Construction Site Store In-charge is responsible for managing the materials, tools, and equipment necessary for construction projects. Their duties encompass various aspects specific to the construction industry:
Inventory Management: Overseeing the inventory of construction materials, tools, machinery, and equipment required for the project.
Receiving and Storage: Receiving deliveries, inspecting materials for quality and quantity, and organizing storage to ensure easy accessibility and safety of items.
Issue and Distribution: Managing the issuance of materials and equipment to the construction teams according to project requirements and schedules.
Inventory Control: Regularly monitoring inventory levels, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate records of all items on-site.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations regarding the storage and handling of materials and equipment on the construction site.
Coordination with Site Management: Collaborating with site managers, engineers, and supervisors.
