We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer to manage our social media presence and create visually appealing content that represents our brand. This role involves developing innovative social media strategies, designing graphics using Canva, and assisting with design placements and color selections for our products. The candidate will also be trained in using Blender for advanced 3D design tasks to elevate our brand aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, and DMs, and fostering community interaction.
  • Identify trends in social media and leverage them to enhance brand visibility.
  • Design visually stunning graphics and layouts using Canva to align with brand guidelines.
  • Create marketing materials such as banners, flyers, promotional posts, and reels.
  • Assist with the visual design of product placements, packaging, and branding concepts.
  • Collaborate on color schemes and design elements to ensure cohesive branding.

3D Design (Blender):

  • Learn and utilize Blender (training will be provided) for product mockups and advanced 3D visuals.
  • Create and manage animations or 3D renders for use in marketing campaigns.

Collaborative Support:

  • Work closely with the business owner to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
  • Assist in identifying and selecting color palettes, patterns, and styles for product designs.
  • Provide input on aesthetic decisions to enhance the overall brand image.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic design and social media management.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating high-quality designs.
  • Basic knowledge of popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, design placements, and color combinations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools like Blender.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with 3D design software (prior Blender knowledge is a bonus but not required).
  • Experience in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tools.
