We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to sales in his area.

The key deliverables for this position are:

Market | Sell Smart Control Systems for large scale commercial/residential projects on a nationwide basis
Understand customer requirements and present complete technical solutions & proposals, pre-sale design
Generate fresh leads and follow up with potential customers
Efficiently respond to queries and achieve assigned sale targets
Develop & deliver solution presentations, conduct system demonstrations & POCs
Brand promotion and relationship building with Property Owners, Architects, Consultants, Builders & Contractors
Prepare technical specifications & requirement write ups
Develop, submit and negotiate quotes, proposals, marketing materials and related documentation
Traveling within city / within the country to visit potential clients
Responsibilities include day to day Sales call, customer visits
Target-oriented approach with full-fledged command on Pre-sales & Post Sales activities
Able to maintain customer & prospect database
Outgoing Personality with no hesitation in outbound sales activities.
