Main Responsibilities

Preparing project financial reports as per requirements.
Preparing budget proposals in close coordination with the Program team and Finance Manager.
Maintaining and updating the grants tracker.
Review of transaction lists/accounting data on a monthly basis so that donor/project financial reports can be compiled timely.
Coordination with the project field team to ensure that grants-related data are timely accounted for and reported.
Updating Shared cost allocation on a monthly basis.
Maintaining and updating the cost coverage plan.
To ensure that project reports are compiled as per donor rules.
Assist and support in Internal & external audits and spot checks by Country office, HQ, or Donor agencies.
Understanding organizational policies and ensuring compliance to the policies.
