The Enumerators will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Participate in one-day training sessions, data collection orientation meetings, and workshops.
  • Assist MAP in collecting data as per the programme requirements through the given tool.
  • Perform a door-to-door visit/survey to targeted Households-HHs to collect data as per eligibility criteria, from the extreme vulnerable HHs as per final questionnaires developed and supplied by the programme team. To remain unbiased in entire contract period.
  • To maintain a soft and hard record of HHs data as per instruction and given tool by MAP.
  • Keep close coordination with Programme Manager/MEAL Coordinator/Manager on a need basis.
  • Follow organizational policy, Mobilization and data collection strategies and time schedules.
  • To perform voluntary services /duties apart from his/her official hours /days.
  • Submission of complete documents/ MoVs to Programme Team -CO, as per deadline.
  • To share lessons learnt throughout the distribution project and share at least one case study out of total targeted HHs.
  • To perform all activities as per programmer’s needs/work plan.
  • All data will be collected by following CHS Principals Humanitarian, Impartiality, Independence and Neutrality.
  • All the data, tools will be the property of Muslim Aid Pakistan under its data protection policy and cannot be used for any other purposes whatsoever and after the contract ending will not be entitled for any other remuneration /job.
  • After completion of the job all data, forms and equipment/gadget will be handed over to the MEAL Manager/Programme Manager/Coordinator.
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor on a need basis.

Note: 

  • Candidate will be preferred who will reside in Bagh or an adjacent district.
  • Contract will be for 10 days.
  • 4 Positions (2 Male & 2 Female)
