In this role, the consultant will work independently to analyze current pediatric oncology initiatives, identify gaps, and develop actionable plans that align with Muslim Aids mission and objectives. The consultant will provide expert advice and recommendations to strengthen programme effectiveness, ensuring the systems designed are sustainable and adaptable to changing healthcare needs. Although this position does not involve team management, collaboration with various stakeholders and partner organizations is essential to ensure successful implementation of proposed strategies.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing pediatric oncology programmes and health strategies.
Develop strategic plans for the design and implementation of health initiatives tailored to pediatric oncology.
Provide expert recommendations to improve programme design, efficacy, and sustainability.
Collaborate with Muslim Aid staff and external partners to align health strategies with organizational goals.
Identify risks and barriers to implementation and propose mitigation strategies.
Monitor and evaluate implemented strategies to measure impact and recommend improvements.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making.
Stay updated on trends and best practices in pediatric oncology and healthcare consultancy.
