Site Supervisor

Mushtarka Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our petrol pump locations. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing a team of 20 persons, ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities, and maintaining high standards in fuel management and workplace safety. This role demands strong leadership skills and relevant experience in the petroleum field, specifically within petrol pump environments. The Site Supervisor ensures optimal resource allocation and supervises the utilization of the Fuel Management System and related software to track inventory and manage fuel distribution efficiently. This position plays a key role in workforce management, driving productivity, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The candidate must demonstrate an ability to handle operational challenges, support team development, and foster a well-organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all onsite operations at the petrol pump to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Direct a workforce of 20 employees, allocating resources effectively and managing schedules to maintain smooth operations.
Oversee the use and maintenance of the Fuel Management System and Fuel Management System Software to accurately monitor fuel inventory and sales.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements within the petroleum and petrol pump sector.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to maintain uninterrupted fuel supply and equipment functionality.
Train and mentor team members to enhance skills, improve performance, and foster a positive work culture.
Monitor daily operational performance and prepare reports for management review, highlighting any issues or improvements.
Implement procedures for the safe storage and handling of petroleum products to minimize risks and environmental impact.
Resolve operational or personnel issues promptly to avoid disruption in service delivery.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on equipment and facilities to uphold operational standards.
