MuSharp is seeking a skilled Data Engineer with proficiency in web scraping, data transformation, database management, image processing, API integration, and Linux system administration.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web scraping solutions using JavaScript, Puppeteer.js, Node.js, and ES6+.
Transform and manipulate data from JavaScript to SQL for database operations.
Utilize mid-level MySQL skills for database management and optimization.
Implement Image Compression, Conversion, and Cropping using ImageMagick.
Integrate APIs to enable data exchange and functionality enhancement.
Work hands-on with Linux/Ubuntu systems for development and deployment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in web development.
Proficiency in Wordpress, JavaScript, Node.js, and ES6+.
Strong understanding of web scraping techniques and tools such as Puppeteer.js.
Experience with data manipulation, specifically converting data from JavaScript to SQL.
Mid-level proficiency in MySQL for database management and optimization.
Knowledge of Image Compression, Conversion, and Cropping, with experience using ImageMagick.
Hands-on experience with API integration for data exchange and functionality enhancement.
Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu systems for development and deployment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Regular Expressions and experience with using the Axios library.
Hands-on experience with cron jobs.
