1. Position and Responsibilities:

Your role as a Digital Marketing Employee will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the Company's website.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify digital marketing opportunities.
  • Creating and managing digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ad Words, social media ads, and display ads.
  • Optimizing website content and performing keyword analysis for search engine optimization (SEO) purposes.
  • Managing social media accounts and engaging with the Company's online community.
  • Monitoring and analyzing website analytics, campaign performance, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, emails, and social media posts.
  • Uploading posts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) each 3 accounts.
  • Listing product and managing content for website products.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Providing regular reports and updates on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborating with external agencies, vendors, and partners as required.
  • Assisting in other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Company.

2. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:

As an employee of the Company, you will have access to confidential information, trade secrets, and proprietary data. You are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding such information during and after your employment with the Company, in accordance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) previously signed.

3. Termination:

  • Either party may terminate this contract by providing [notice period] written notice.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate your employment without notice in case of gross misconduct or violation of company policies.
  • You may be eligible for termination benefits as per applicable laws and regulations.
