We are looking for experienced Foremen to join our team for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Project in Faisalabad. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in civil construction, formwork and concrete works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Oversee formwork, concrete, and civil construction operations according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with Supervisor, engineers, subcontractors, and workers to maintain efficient workflow.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to achieve timely project completion.
- Report progress, issues, and requirements to the Supervisor or Site Engineer.
Requirements:
- Minimum 07 years of experience as a Foreman on large infrastructure or industrial construction projects.
- Experience in a Water/Wastewater treatment plant or similar projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of formwork systems, concrete placement, and general civil works.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
