We are looking for an experienced General Manager (Admin/HR) to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.

Responsibilities

1.                   Leading the HR/Admin department processes and driving people management strategies and overseeing the work structure.

2.                   Manage the execution of the HR strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget.

3.                   Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards proactively.

4.                   Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.

5.                   Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

6.                   Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.

7.                   Ensures complete management of utility and transport services in office by directing Admin Team while performing periodic checks.

8.                   Promote change by recommending data driven insights to the CEO/MD with regards to processes, and initiatives at company-wide level.

9.                   Checks security arrangements of office premises and ensures safety of office and staff.

10.               Ensures provision of utility services in office like electricity, gas, water, telephone, fax, internet etc. and ensures continued supply without interruption.

11.               Checks misuse of office facilities by staff.

12.               Repair and Maintenance of furniture, fixtures, office equipment, vehicles/motorbikes, air conditioners etc.

13.               Supervises drivers, office boys, riders, telephone operator, sweeper etc. and ensures efficiency on their part.

14.               Welcomes and looks after guests.

Education and/or Experience:

Four-year degree with major course work in public or business administration, marketing, urban planning, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred

At least 10 years of strong experience, in the field of Administration and Human Resource Management, including experience of at least 03 years directly reporting to the CEO/MD in organization(s) having at least verifiable 200 employees

Must possess ability to lead, transform and resonate the company’s values through strong leadership traits and inspiration behavior.
