- Lead all branding and marketing activities of the organization.
- Develop deep understanding of business on consumer profile development in terms of geographic and psychographic factors.
- Based on the understanding of the business prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly Marketing Plans including budget and timeline.
- Execute 360° campaigns, promotions, and plan keeping in view consumer/customer profiles and Company’s reach. Track and report performance on initiatives, activities and plan.
- Improve corporate/employer branding by conducting employer branding audit in close coordination with HR and develop “Employer Value Proposition” which is to be communicated through Website as well as social media platforms and career sites especially LinkedIn.
- Develop vendors and agencies such as advertising & PR Agencies, BTL partners, Marketing Research companies, Geo Fencing and Geo Tagging (Telecom), Printers, Animators, Designers and creatives
- Play active role in developing and executing Marketing Strategy for Key Accounts (LMTs/IMTs/Ecommerce) in close coordination with the sales team. Focus on BA/Stall activities to generate awareness and trial.
- Plan and execute merchandising and display drives in LMTs as well as GT through the sales team. Develop and monitor merchandising teams in major towns of the country.
- Lead packaging and designing activities for products, POSM etc. Test product packaging designs before finalizing.
- Prepare trade letters (including communication to channel partners) and circulars periodically or as and when required.
