RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of EDI and ERA enrollments with different healthcare payers and insurance companies.
  • Ensure accurate completion and submission of enrollment forms and documentation as required by payers.
  • Maintain and track the status of enrollment applications, follow up with payers on pending enrollments, and resolve any discrepancies or delays in the process.
  • Regularly check and monitor payer portals for updates, changes in payer policies, and new enrollment requirements.
  • Identify and address any issues related to payer rejections or delays in enrollments by communicating with payer support teams.
  • Keep internal teams informed of any critical changes or updates from payers that may affect EDI/ERA transactionsConducts thorough background investigation, research and primary source verification of all components of the application file.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with payer-specific guidelines for EDI/ERA enrollment.
  • Analyze enrollment data to identify potential bottlenecks, improvement areas, and opportunities for optimizing the process.
  • Develop and maintain a database of payer-specific EDI/ERA requirements and ensure timely updates.
