RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of EDI and ERA enrollments with different healthcare payers and insurance companies.
Ensure accurate completion and submission of enrollment forms and documentation as required by payers.
Maintain and track the status of enrollment applications, follow up with payers on pending enrollments, and resolve any discrepancies or delays in the process.
Regularly check and monitor payer portals for updates, changes in payer policies, and new enrollment requirements.
Identify and address any issues related to payer rejections or delays in enrollments by communicating with payer support teams.
Keep internal teams informed of any critical changes or updates from payers that may affect EDI/ERA transactionsConducts thorough background investigation, research and primary source verification of all components of the application file.
Research and stay up-to-date with payer-specific guidelines for EDI/ERA enrollment.
Analyze enrollment data to identify potential bottlenecks, improvement areas, and opportunities for optimizing the process.
Develop and maintain a database of payer-specific EDI/ERA requirements and ensure timely updates.
