Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Android development.
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, and Android Studio.
- Familiarity with Restful APIs to connect Android applications to backend services.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs (e.g., Retrofit, Glide).
- Knowledge of UI/UX standards and XML layouts.
- Familiarity with Android architectures like MVVM or MVP.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Understanding of Google Play Store deployment and app distribution process.
- Knowledge of Work manager, Live Data, and View model architecture components is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Firebase or other cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with unit testing and debugging tools.
- Experience in integrating Google Ads or other marketing tools into Android apps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
