Sales and Marketing Representative

MSS Consultancy is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join its newly established local office in DHA, Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time role requires a proactive sales professional to expand the client base for an international forex trading firm specializing in gold markets. The representative will handle inbound leads, support marketing initiatives, and cultivate strong client relationships with the aim of achieving sales and onboarding targets. The position demands excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English, along with experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and generate reports. The role includes managing a small team of one individual and offers a clear career growth path towards senior and team lead positions within the company.
Responsibilities
Engage promptly with inbound leads through various communication channels including calls, messaging applications, and in-person interactions. Educate potential clients about the companys forex trading services, guiding them through the onboarding process with clear, concise explanations.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM software, ensuring all interactions are documented and sales pipelines are up to date. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and generating referrals to foster business growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, events, and referral programs that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and client onboarding goals by employing persuasive communication and negotiation skills.

Lead a small team by providing guidance and support to ensure collective achievement of sales objectives. Attend client meetings professionally and represent the company with confidence and integrity, reinforcing its reputation in the market. Utilize market research and sales prospecting techniques to identify new opportunities within the financial services domain specifically related to forex and gold trading. Manage email marketing automation tools to nurture prospects and maintain engagement. Uphold a corporate and professional demeanor, ensuring all activities align with company values and industry regulations. Continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the firms offerings and respond to client inquiries accurately and promptly.
