You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products, and generating leads for our e-commerce campaigns. Your role will be crucial in helping us expand our customer base and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Follow a prepared script to ensure consistent messaging.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to identify customer needs and pain points.
- Record and manage customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Schedule follow-up calls and send relevant information as needed.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve our outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in e-commerce or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to adapt to customer feedback.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
