The Accounts Manager will oversee financial operations related to accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This role involves managing relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders while supporting the growth of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing insights and recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement.
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
