MS Huzaim Kamal Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to lead construction projects with a focus on delivering quality results on time and within budget. This role requires at least five years of experience in the construction industry and a proven ability to manage a team of five professionals effectively. The Project Manager will play a critical role in coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining clear communication between all project stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
The Project Manager oversees the entire project lifecycle from initiation through completion, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns. This role demands excellent leadership skills to guide and motivate a team, manage vendor relationships, and maintain strong partnerships with clients and contractors. The candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to ensure projects meet all technical, regulatory, and budgetary requirements while adhering to company policies and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scopes, schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient and successful execution of construction projects.
- Manage and lead a team of five personnel, providing clear direction, support, and performance feedback to maintain high productivity and team cohesion.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management techniques to minimize impact on timelines and costs.
- Coordinate all project stakeholders including clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities to maintain transparent and timely communication.
- Oversee quality management processes to ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Manage the procurement and performance of vendors and subcontractors, ensuring contractual obligations are met and deliverables meet quality expectations.
- Monitor project progress regularly and prepare comprehensive status reports to inform senior management and project sponsors of milestones and any issues.
- Resolve project issues promptly by analyzing problems, developing solutions, and implementing corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, organized, and updated to facilitate audits, compliance checks, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
