Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist all visitors
- Create a positive and professional first impression
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring smooth office scheduling
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Keep records and maintain employee directories
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
