NOC operator

The NOC Operator at MPL plays a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining the company's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability. Responsibilities

Continuously monitor network performance and system alerts using network monitoring tools.
Identify and log network incidents, ensuring accurate and timely ticket creation in the ticketing system.
Perform initial diagnostic procedures to determine the nature and scope of network issues.
Escalate unresolved or critical incidents to the appropriate engineering or support teams promptly.
Follow established incident management protocols to resolve or track issues until closure.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of incidents, alerts, and actions taken to support continuous improvement.
Coordinate with multiple departments and teams to support network troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
Participate in shift rotations to provide 24/7 network monitoring coverage as required.
Assist in validating and testing network system upgrades or patches as part of maintenance operations.
Adhere to company security policies and procedures while handling network monitoring and incident management.
