Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to truckers using the provided dialing lists
Present and promote Move Mate's dispatch services to prospective clients
Build and maintain positive relationships with truckers
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Achieve weekly and monthly dialing targets
Document all interactions and follow-up activities
Provide feedback and insights to the team to improve the sales process
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
A high level of motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
Ability to work in the US time zone
What Move Mate Offers:
Monthly stipend of 15,000 PKR + Sales commision during the internship
