Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for potential customers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company pricing policies.
- Proactively handle customer queries and calls, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with key customer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of marketing material, including brochures, and presentations to promote our products and services.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
