Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and support.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all inquiries are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and escalate cases as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
