Montis Private Limited is seeking a skilled Off Set Printing Machine Operator with expertise in both mechanical and electrical disciplines to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities in machine setup and calibration, mechanical troubleshooting, and electrical maintenance. This role involves operating and maintaining offset printing machinery to ensure high-quality outputs while adhering to stringent safety procedures and quality control standards. The operator will work closely with a team of three, coordinating workflows and executing preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Responsibilities

Set up and calibrate offset printing machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
Conduct routine mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to promptly resolve machine malfunctions and minimize downtime.
Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections to keep printing equipment in optimal working condition.
Coordinate workflow with team members to ensure efficient operation and timely completion of print jobs.
Manage ink and color application processes to maintain consistent print quality across various production runs.
Monitor product quality through rigorous quality control and inspection procedures, identifying and correcting defects.
Implement and follow safety procedures to provide a safe working environment for the operator team and other staff.
Lead and supervise a team of three operators, delegating tasks, providing training, and ensuring adherence to operational standards.
Collaborate with maintenance and production departments to facilitate smooth machine operations and troubleshoot complex issues.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, maintenance logs, and quality inspections for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on new printing technologies, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
